Jordan Blum Offers Eclectic Quarantine Playlist

Featuring Between the Buried and Me, Ayreon, Pain of Salvation, Devin Townsend Project, and more!

So there’s no real organization to this one; it’s just a bunch of songs that I thought people will enjoy during this time and that reflect my relatively eclectic tastes (if I say so myself).

I limited it to one song per artist (except for The Dear Hunter because they’re the most underrated band around today IMHO). Of course, you have some really heavy metal stuff (BTBAM, Opeth, Leprous, Amorphis, Rivers of Nihil, etc.), and some of my favorite prog rock/metal stuff (Gazpacho, Yes, Porcupine Tree, Phideaux, Riverside, Ayreon, Dream Theater, etc.) There are also some great singer/songwriters (Ben Folds, Sia, Sufjan Stevens, Bat for Lashes, Janelle Monáe), some hip-hip (Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi, Childish Gambino), and some artists whom I consider friends while also unbiasedly liking their stuff (In the Presence of Wolves, Cabinets of Curiosity, The Tea Club).

I hope you all dig it, and let me know what you think!
