While 2019 might have been "one of the most fucked-up years" of Ozzy Osbourne's life, in his own words, there might have been one bright spot for the Prince of Darkness – working on some music with rapper Post Malone.
Earlier this year, Ozzy dealt with both a bad bout of pneumonia and then re-awakening some old (and serious) injuries during a bad fall. The Prince of Darkness has since recovered at home and has rescheduled some of the dates for 2020 (including North America). He also found some time to work with Malone, as Malone revealed in an announcement on his collaborators for his next album, Hollywood Bleeding, out this Friday, September 6th.
Other collaborators include non-rock acts like Travis Scott, SZA, Swae Lee, Future, Meek Mill, Young Thug, Halsey, and Lil Baby.
Malone is a known metalhead, with quite a history of metal and hard rock roots, including starting out in a high school Asking Alexandria cover band . Malone has performed with Aerosmith at the Video Music Awards and been seen hanging out with Metallica in the past.
