You can also check out our recent interview with vocalist Randy Blythe here. Our own Frank Godla sat down with Blythe to discuss the reasoning behind the new album being self-titled, working with new drummer Art Cruz and Art's approach to drumming, why the album may piss off some people, his feelings on if the band is "taking Slayer's place," and if that's even possible, what Randy has lined up for the future and more!

Lamb of God will release their self-titled album on May 8. Lamb of God is drummer Art Cruz's debut with the band in a studio setting after having filled in for now-ex-drummer Chris Adler live since 2018. Lamb of God will feature appearances by Testament vocalist Chuck Billy on the song "Routes" and Hatebreed vocalist Jamey Jasta on "Poison Dream." The album was produced by Josh Wilbur (KornMegadethGojira, Trivium) and pre-orders are available here.
