TOMAHAWK (FAITH NO MORE, MR. BUNGLE) Working On First New Album Since 2013

According to guitarist Duane Denison, anyway.

Tomahawk, the band featuring vocalist Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Dead Cross), guitarist Duane Denison (The Jesus Lizard), drummer John Stanier (Battles, ex-Helmet), and bassist Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle, Fantômas, ex-Melvins), are working on their first new album since 2013.

Denison briefly mentioned the new album in an interview with Premier Guitar.

“We’re actually working on a new Tomahawk album and I have a song tentatively called “High Noon” and going for a Western sort of vibe…”

So when does Mike Patton sleep, exactly? Dude has a bunch of Faith No More shows lined up for this year, is currently doing the Mr. Bungle shows (with Dunn), and is working on a new Dead Cross record.
