What an odd coincidence that the announcement of the release of Austrian Death Machine's Triple Brutal was on the same day as Tim Lambesis' latest court date.
Lambesis was was arrested on May 7th for attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife. The supposed hitman ended up being an undercover cop. Lambesis, who pleaded not guilty, is currently out on $2 million bond after paying $160,000 to a bail bondsman. Lambesis has been on house arrest since release, with few exceptions.
While there was some talk of a possible plea bargain, today's court appearance was merely a formality. Lambgoat, who has a mole inside the court, reports that there was no resolutions today. The only thing set was the next court date, February 19th when the readiness conference is to begin.
Lambgoat also received word that negotiations are still happening for a possible plea deal which may be announced at the court date.
As previously reported, if Lambesis' trial is not resolved by May, he will once again have to pay his bail bondsman $160,000 to remain out of prison, so financially, a plea bargain is Lambesis' best bet.
We'll keep you posted if we hear any more info.
