I am absolutely blown away by Trash Talk, they are the future! They are the embodiment of new-age hardcore and the new business model. They tweet, they play free gigs that are sponsored by big brands like Converse, Vice and Thrasher and nobody says a word… because the music they put out is pure, and their fans are rabid. While the band may play a gig sponsored by a corporate entity, they still remain hugely independent. They just announced their next record, 119 on Odd Future Records, an independent (primarily hip-hop) label whose franchise is rapper Tyler The Creator. But, the best part about the signing is this hysterical, and not-so-professional press release that announced the signing:
So them muthafu***** ova at Odd Future records done signed a fu***** group of crackas and ni**** in a hardcore punk band called Trash Talk. I mean it makes sense since Odd Future fans is them white ni**** anyway. Trash Talk is supposed to be releasing they album called "119″ or some sh** thru they Trash Talk Collective Label in the fall.. don't ask me what the f*** that means cuz I don't fu***** kno. I asked Tyler's trick ass what he thought about that sh** and I really didn't give a f*** so I'm not gone put that sh** on here. Them Trash Talk ni**** is currently over in Europe with them musty muthaf******.
If you give a f*** about they sh**t then listen to them ni**** EP on iTunes called Awake or watch the fuckin video ni***
Got that? The group of crackas and ni**** will be touring all year, follow them on Twitter to be up to date.
