Right from the get-go this song is completely nuts.

Alkaloid, the band featuring drummer Hannes Grossmann (Howling Sycamore, ex-Obscura), bassist Linus Klausenitzer (NoneuclidObscura), guitarists Christian Münzner (ex-Spawn of Possession, ex-Obscura) and Danny Tunker (ex-Aborted), and guitarist and vocalist Morean (Dark FortressNoneuclid), has gone full-on chaotic death metal for their new song "Chaos Theory And Practice."

Whereas the previous single "Kernel Panic" employed more of a King Crimson prog approach at points, "Chaos Theory And Practice" is just flat out aural destruction. Though when you've got a lineup like that, I'd imagine it's impossible to avoid going full-blown tech-crazy with at least one track.

Alkaloid's new album Liquid Anatomy is out May 18.
