Obscura is set to release their new record A Sonication – the second of their trilogy concept – on February 7, and is kicking things off with the techy new single "Silver Linings". The single comes alongside a video by Grupa13 in all its machine-heavy glory.
"With 'Silver Linings' we present you the first track of our brand new album A Sonication, which sees the light of day in early 2025," said Obscura mastermind and frontman Steffen Kummerer. "Supporting the new record, Obscura will embark on the first leg of a world tour in February next year. Lend your ear to the music, and see you at a venue near you!"
Obscura in 2024 is currently Kummerer alongside new members bassist Robin Zielhorst (ex-Cynic, ex-Exivious), drummer James Stewart (Bloodshot Dawn, Decapitated), and guitarist Kevin Olasz.
