Welcome to another edition of Heavy Metal Real Estate, where we take a look at how well-off rock stars live. Previously, we saw swanky pads from Rob Zombie, Ozzy Osbourne, Iron Maiden's Steve Harris and Metallica's James Hetfield.
The Birmingham Post reports that Black Sabbath guitarist, and godfather of heavy metal, Tony Iommi is selling his Warwickshire mansion in Lapworth, England for a cool £2.6 million (that is $4.3 USD). The residence, built in 1905 is 8,000 sq ft, has six bedrooms and is absolutely gorgeous. There is a recording studio, a home theater, an elaborate sound system throughout the entire property, fireplaces… the works.
Iommi is allegedly looking to downsize after his recent cancer scare. Here are some more photos:
Man, that is one swanky pad. So does anybody have $4,329,800 dollars I can borrow?
