OZZY OSBOURNE Will Rent You His Los Angeles Apartment, But It Ain't Cheap

Ozzy-Halloween-Playlist

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne would like to rent you their West Hollywood, CA apartment for a cool $9,500 per month. Which works out to $114,000 yearly, which I feel obligated to point out is a 20% down payment on a $570,000 house.

Financial realities aside, Realtor.com points out that the apartment has 24/7 security, door attendants, valet parking, and a front desk. The site further notes that apartment is on the 10th floor and features a large living room with light-wood walls, recessed lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony. This is all in addition to the Osbourne family recently listing their West Hollywood condo for $4.8 million.

You can check out a few photos of the apartment below and see what nearly 10 grand gets you month-to-month.

As for his decision to leave America, Osbourne said in an August interview that he'd rather not "die in America."

"Everything's fucking ridiculous there. I’m fed up with people getting killed every day. God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert… It's fucking crazy.

"And I don't want to die in America. I don't want to be buried in fucking Forest Lawn. I'm English. I want to be back. But saying that, if my wife said we've got to go and live in Timbuktu, I'll go. But, no, it's just time for me to come home."

Though in a more recent interview with Consequence, Ozzy changed his tune a bit and said "To be honest with you, if I had my way, I’d stay in America. I'm American now… to be honest with you, I don't want to go back. Fuck that."

Sharon, however, paints a different picture similar to Ozzy's comments from a few months ago. "When I first came here, I thought I was in heaven. In the '70s, if you loved music, this was the place to be. It's not that hub anymore. It's not exciting anymore. It hasn't gone sideways, it's gone down. It's not a fun place to live. It's dangerous here. Every big city's got crime, but I don't feel safe here. Neither does Ozzy." It's also worth noting that the couple have previously cited rising taxes as the reason for the move.
