We were all pretty bummed that Elliot Coleman decided to leave Tesseract earlier this year. Their acoustic EP Perspective, which was totally inspired by us by the way, was amazing. I was really looking forward to that promise of a new album, but what can you do? However, I have good news for my Tesseract fans! The djenters have found a new frontman, their fourth, and it looks like we should see a new single, called Nocturne, with the new vocalist on October 12th via Century Media. Here's the band's Facebook update (also includes UK tour dates):
We have found our new singer. He fits our vision for the stage and studio perfectly. Thank you for your patience over the last few months, but as the new single will attest, we feel it was worth the wait. The new single, entitled ‘Nocturne,’ will be released through Century Media Records on October 12th.
TesseracT will also be performing on the following dates in October:17th – The Haunt – Brighton, UK
19th – Crauford Arms – Milton Keynes, UK
21st – Euroblast – Live Music Hall – Koln, DE
22nd – Le Batofar – Paris, FR
23rd – Merleyn – Nijmegen, NL
Pretty exciting, huh? We'll be sure to let you know as soon as the new single drops!
