After years of smartphone use, FINALLY our community will be properly represented in the smartphone emoji space. This huge breakthrough comes via the news that 37 new emoji designs have been approved by the Unicode standard, one of which is a big one for metalheads… the metal horns will now be available.
Finally, a proper way to describe how we feel about that brutal new album we heard. Sure, we had the purple devil, a skull and that weird Beelzebub character but now we have the horns!
Other approved emojis include a taco, a hot dog, a mosque, a church, a synagogue and a menorah. You can see the full listing of new emojis here.
