“Corrupted Senses” and “Choked” make for gritty hardcore jammers that pump away with metallic grit, grinding away with a powerviolence energy. “Corrupted Senses” immediately takes off with savage flare, the drums churning with the guitars to produce a high anxiety of chaos and devastation. “Choked” makes for a slower version of this sound, while still keeping to the exact same feeling. There’s a building tension from the moment the song begins, slowly slithering until it all eventually unleashes a vicious tone of sinister appeal.
