New York hardcore act Jukai got a new promo worth checking out

Welcome to another Core Breakdown folks! For this week I have a fresh new promo from New York hardcore act Jukai. The two tracks will be featured on a future release, but for now offer a solid taste in what to expect in regards to the band’s style and sound.

Starting things off with “Beacon”, there’s this semi-industrial tone that takes up a good half of the song. By the halfway point, the vocals scream out, the guitar letting loose a frenzy of shredding. Whereas this track takes some time to build up, “Virtue Dies” really takes off. From the get-go, the song immediately begins ripping away with speedy drums and guitar, keeping to a straight forward momentum in adrenaline. The hectic nature of the material continues to rise as the material unravels in its fierceness.

You can stream the two tracks below, and follow the band via Facebook to keep an eye out for future releases. Thanks for tuning in, and see ya’ll next week!
