OZZY OSBOURNE Says Satan Saved Him From COVID-19

a>

Ozzy Osbourne made a deal with the devil many moons ago, and it looks like it continues to pay off. The Prince of Darkness was recently interviewed by Metal Hammer and the topic turned to COVID-19, and how his wife, Sharon, and their granddaughter tested positive but Ozzy was somehow spared. Ozzy knew why, he had somebody special looking over him.

That somebody? Satan!

“My wife had the virus; my daughter had the virus and I never got it,” said Ozzy. “Being a devil worshipper does have its good points!”

Ozzy is just the best. He also provided a health update after revealing he will go into neck surgery.  “I’ve struggling with this fucking broken neck, looks like I’m in for more surgery. I’m in physical therapy right now.”

Ozzy also discussed his new album. “It’s going to be similar in tone to Ordinary Man,” he says, “but I can’t describe it completely. I’ve not heard it for a while because it keeps going over to the next person to add their parts – we’re fucking around with it all the time.”

Among Ozzy's collaborators on the next release are Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi, longtime Osbourne collaborator Zakk Wylde (who said he wasn't originally involved in the new record), as well as some big guns from the rock world – Jeff Beck, and Eric Clapton.

Osbourne later added that the collaborators have been pretty amicable to work with, though Clapton did have one minor concern about lyrics.

"Eric Clapton, on this new record, one of the lyrics was about Jesus, and he wasn't sure about that. But it was all right in the end… [The solo he did] is very good."

In previous interview, Osbourne revealed the new album has 13 or 14 "really strong songs," one of which is about his relationship with Sharon Osbourne.
