Laverne Cox forgot to introduce Metallica, but has since apologized. Also, we learned the reasons for the sound issues at the beginning. Ultimately, it was a fun performance. Lady Gaga went all out, in her best heavy metal cosplay, including a (probably temporary) Metallica back tattoo. What did you think of the performance? Vote below.

In an interview earlier today, Kirk Hammett said he was apprehensive at first but praised Gaga's vocal range, saying she brings a new edge to Metallica's performance. Earlier this week, Lady Gaga said in an interview that Metallica "were playing better than they have in their whole lives." So there is love all around.
