LADY GAGA Says METALLICA Is Playing "Better Than They've Ever Played In Their Whole Lives"

Maybe?

Maybe?

Lady Gaga will be playing with Metallica this weekend at the Grammy's, and it's safe to say we're both stoked and very curious to see how this turns out. It's not like it's a huge surprise though – Gaga has repeatedly voiced that she is a really huge metal fan, citing bands like Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath.

In a recent interview with Zane Lowe, Gaga is clearly excited about playing with Metallica, and says the band is playing "better than they’ve ever played in their whole lives."

“I’ve gotta tell you something: I went to see [Metallica] live. I mean, I’ve seen them a couple of times live, but I saw them live recently, and we were watching the show and I’ll tell you something, those guys play better than they’ve ever played in their whole lives.”

Maybe? I guess it's hard to say yes or no, because there's no real concrete definition of what "better." Regardless of semantics, do you agree with Gaga?

Gaga went on to say the way the collaboration came to be is that she met drummer Lars Ulrich at a party at actor Bradley Cooper's house, and they just got to talking and it worked out. We'll be paying attention this Sunday, and get video as soon as the performance is over.
