Footage Surfaces Of VOLBEAT's First Show With Fill-In Drummer JON DETTE

Jon Dette, formerly of Testament and Slayer fame.

Volbeat canceled their January 28 show after drummer Jon Larsen tested positive for COVID. Volbeat rejoined the tour the night after with drummer Jon Dette (ex-Slayer, ex-Testament) behind the kit for as long as it'll take for Larsen to test negative (as of last week he was asymptomatic and doing just fine).

You can check out footage of Dette performing with the band the night of January 29 in Portland, OR above. Given his résumé, it's no surprise that he's crushing the gig. Volbeat's tour with Ghost and Twin Temple runs as follows.
