Obscura has announced they'll be working with producer Fredrik Nordström (In Flames, At The Gates, Soilwork) at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden on their new record.
The new album will be the band's first to feature their new/old lineup of guitarist and vocalist Steffen Kummerer, former members now rejoined guitarist Christian Münzner and bassist Jeroen Paul Thesseling, and new drummer David Diepold (Cognizance).
"With our recent album, we closed a ten-year long-lasting chapter of the band," said Kummerer. "With our new album, we work with well-known producer Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman, Sweden. Fredrik's productions are classy, timeless, and tasteful alike. Stay tuned for regular updates!"
Obscura's new album is due out 2021.
