SOEN Will Hit The Road This Fall For North American Tour

Dates begin Chicago in November.

Soen

Progressive metal act Soen have announced a tour of North America that kicks off November 22 in Chicago and runs coast-to-coast through December 17 in San Diego.

Soen released their latest album Imperial this year, along with music video for their song "Deceiver." About Imperial, Metal Injection wrote in a favorable review, "Soen's latest effort shows how times of great hardship can spark creativity. The pressure-cooker method has paid off. Imperial is a major achievement by the Swedish group and easily their best record yet. Fans of Tool and A Perfect Circle will get a major kick out of Imperial… [but] Soen's ability to mingle alternative metal with a Swedish sense of epic majesty is their greatest weapon."

The band dropped their collection of unreleased and live tracks, titled The Undiscovered Lotus, on Record Store Day July 17. If you didn't manage to grab a copy of that release, you can at least stream the song "EMDR" below.

"Having a live audience would have provided a different energy, but this performance is one Soen fans will definitely want to hear."
