Prog metal generals Between the Buried and Me and Haken have announced a 2023 co-headline trek of Europe and the UK that begins in late-February and runs through the end of March. Dubbed the Island In Limbo tour, they will be joined by New York noisemakers Cryptodira in support.
Between The Buried And Me played their 2009 album The Great Misdirect in full every night on their 2021 tour, and the band chose their August 10 performance at The Palladium in Worcester, MA to be recorded and released as The Great Misdirect Live, which is available now everywhere. The band released the live set a week early as a surprise for the fans. As for Haken, they began recording a new album this July. The new album will be their first with original keyboardist Pete Jones since the 2008 demo Enter The 5th Dimension. So here's hoping we get some news on that soon.
