There's Going To Be An OZZY OSBOURNE Biography Comic Series

Bluewater Productions is going to be giving the world exactly what it needs very soon- an Ozzy Osbourne biography comic series titled Ozzy Osbourne: The Metal Madman. If the cover above isn't enough to make you want to start jamming money into your disc drive until the comics pop out of your USB drives, then I'm not really sure what else to tell you.

The comic was written by Michael L. Frizell and Jayfri Hashim, with art by Hashim and has covers done up by famed horror artist Stefano Cardoselli. Frizell seems like he took the project very very seriously, which is awesome considering the source material!

"Ozzy's legacy is well known," said Frizell. "A lot of research went into creating the script. One misstep, and the fans will know! Jayfri and I wanted to respect that legend — and the fans — by giving them something both familiar and unexpected. Writing about real people is often difficult, and when it's someone like Ozzy who's made himself tough to define and is a mainstay in the tabloids, we are challenged to find new ways to tell that well-known story."

You can snag a digital copy of the comic sometime this week, or if you're like me and you like print versions of things then you can head over to Comic Flea Market to snag yourself a physical copy. Unfortunately none of the versions come with a decapitated bat or a straw to snort ants through, which makes me question the true quality of Bluewater Productions.
