Back in January, we posited that Black Sabbath could become a studio-only project after the final tour was all said and done. While we didn't have any definitives then, and we don't have any absolute concretes now, Ozzy told Rolling Stone Australia that a new record isn't off the table completely and totally.
"Time ain't on our side," says Osbourne, 67. "To be honest with you, if the new record wasn't another Number One, we would have been pissed off, so we just left it on a high note with 13. I'm not saying I'll never record with Tony or Geezer again. I just don't want to tour with Black Sabbath after this."
I'm not opposed to a new record, but 13 was pretty damn good… can they top that as a final farewell?
