For no apparent reason other than the classic "why not," Mastodon guitarist Brent Hinds has decided he needed a giant wooden dick statue in his life. What else can I really say about this other than that? The dude decided he was going to carve some wood out of some wood and now he's doing it. No word on if he's keeping it or if they'll take it on their upcoming tour with Gojira and use it as a big ol' veiny stage prop.
I hope it's the latter.
