Gojira just ripped through their set (with opera singer Marina Viotti) as part of the opening ceremonies at the Paris Olympics and it looked EXTREMELY METAL. No official footage has surfaced just yet, so you'll have to settle for some iffy audio and grainy photos below.
Regardless, this is an absolutely insane moment for the metal world and it looks like it lived up to the hype! I mean come on – there's fire, there's a headless woman, it sounds like it was heavy as shit, and we need the actual pro-shot footage of this. Like, now.
