BLACK SABBATH's Tony Iommi & Geezer Butler Reunite With Bill Ward At Grammy's Event

After a historically tumultuous relationship.

Founding Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward exited the band shortly after their reunion in 2011 and cited his reasons as financial ones. Ward's refusal seemed to originate from a feud with Ozzy, that quickly escalated to a public one. The comments ranges from Ward demanding an apology from Ozzy, while Ozzy made a lot of comments about Ward being too fat to play the reunion shows. Ward also got into it with guitarist Tony Iommi in 2017 over similar comments.

Now in 2019, things seem like they've blown over. Ward, Iommi, and bassist Geezer Butler posted pictures of all three of them hanging out at the Grammy Salute To Music Legends event on May 11 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. The three were in attendance because Rival Sons were playing for the trio, who were set to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the The Recording Academy.

It's likely Ozzy wasn't in attendance due to his recent health mishap.
