Avatarium is back with a new record called Between You, God, The Devil And The Dead due out on January 24 via AFM Records, and a new single "I See You Better In The Dark" streaming right now! The single comes alongside a video by Johan Lundsten, and is all the classic doom rock you could need in your life today.
Avatarium is vocalist Jennie-Ann Smith, guitarist Marcus Jidell (ex-Evergrey, ex-Soen), bassist Mats Rydström, and drummer Andreas Johansson (Royal Hunt). On the single, Jidell said: "This is one of my favorite songs on the album, a classic Dio/Sabbath uptempo rocker with some 60's pop flavour. Sometimes we need a little poison to stay awake, or a spoonful of darkness to see the light."
Between You, God, The Devil And The Dead was produced and mixed by Jidell with mastering by Svante Forsbäck (Candlemass, Amorphis, etc.). Pre-orders are available here.
