Billboard recently published their list titled The 25 Best Rock Albums of 2020, and it does indeed have some rock albums on it. The list includes artists like Pearl Jam, Higher Power, The Strokes, Code Orange, and Ozzy Osbourne, but then also includes some straight up folk artists like Car Seat Headrest and Soccer Mommy. Which isn't to say those albums aren't great (they are), it's just a little confusing what gets classified as "rock".
