Slayer's Kerry King is used to getting write ups, but they're not usually in real estate magazines. King was featured in a report by Home Builders Research noting he closed a deal on the third highest-price paid for a home in Las Vegas in 2020.
King, and his wife, Ayesha, closed on a $3.81 million five bedroom, six bathroom home "south of the 215 Beltway between Interstate 15 and Decatur Boulevard." We abstained from a South of Heaven joke, even though by just acknowledging it, we're no long abstaining. Damn it.
The home is 5,116 square feet and was listed by Simply Vegas. If any of the other properties they are advertising are any indication, this house is nice!
