A few minutes into jamming the new Megadeth track, "The Threat Is Real," I realised something. I like this track. It actually sounds like old-school Megadeth. The drumming is fantastic, the solos are great and Mustaine's voice seems to hold up.
It definitely works much better for me than the first single from the new album, "Fatal Illusion," but I'll let you make up your mind on your own:
