Spanish death metal heavyweights Come Back From The Dead return with their new B-grade horror movie video for "Restless In Putrescence". The song comes from their new album, The Rise Of The Blind Ones, released late last year on Transcending Obscurity Records. Featuring nostalgic death metal tones similar to that of Entombed and a fast and catchy song from beginning to end, Come Back From The Dead nailed the 90s death metal tone to a t.
"Restless In Putrescence" is a by the books, old school death metal track. The riffs are blisteringly fast, over a dbeat style drum pattern. Vocally, it's not overly harsh with the lyrics coming through fairly clearly. The video itself is similar to that of Evil Dead, nailing the tropes of similar low budget horror movie styles and matching the attitude and atmosphere of the song.
