What Is TRIVIUM Teasing?

They're posting lyrics that don't belong to any known song.

trivium

Trivium released their last album, What the Dead Men Say, in April 2020, and it looks like maybe they've already got a follow-up in the works?

Trivium took to Twitter over the weekend to post a new photo on Twitter with the caption "The stars have died and the Heavens go up in flames", and then again this morning to post a video clip captioned "#ITCOTD".

Fans are guessing that the caption is new lyrics to a new song, considering they don't currently belong to any known Trivium material. Members of the band have said in the past that they don't like teasing new material until it's done and ready to be heard, so we're probably close. Stay tuned! You can view the tweets with the teases below.

Trivium will hit the road this August with Megadeth, Lamb of God, and In Flames, which is of course a perfect time for some new music.
