While it looks like Nintendo is abandoning it's Wii U gaming system at the end of the year, there are still two reasons to get the console. One is the sequel to the excellent relaunch of the Super Mario Bros. franchise, which added modern elements to side scrolling games and two is Super Mario Maker, where you can build your own Mario levels and play them or share with friends.
Super Mario Maker is constantly adding different characters to play as and starting tomorrow, April 28th, you'll be able to play as Babymetal. Check out this demo:
This is absurd in the best way possible. You can buy the Super Mario Maker game for $47, or a set with the Wii U console and controllers for $307.
