Metallica just launched a brand new website where fans can sign up for free to become "the fifth member of the band." (Their words!) One of the perks of the new site is that the band will be uploading exclusive footage, including this introductory message from Lars, which includes video proof that the band is in fact recording in the studio right now! James hinted at the recording process starting, but today we have evidence.
