This Metal Version Of "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" Will Make Your Family's Weekend

Forget Rockabye Baby albums, this is what every kid needs!

Many metalheads are dads, too, and the current crop of nails-on-a-chalkboard nursery rhymes available on DSP and YouTube likely have them cross-eyed. Fortunately for little ones about to rock, this Norwegian musician and producer has got Dad covered, and just in time for Father's Day!

On his YouTube page, Leo Moracchioli writes that he runs a studio "on the westside of Norway where I do music and video stuff for Youtube. I also have a band called Frog Leap, where we do my metal covers live. For my covers I play everything myself as well as record, mix, master, shoot and edit the music & videos. Please subscribe if you like what you see/hear and I am forever grateful to everyone who buys songs so I can keep doing this as a living."

If you're wondering what this sounds like, just imagine Lamb of God covering the timeless children's nursery classic. Moracchioli also has several albums for sale, including Leo Does Children's Metal Songs, which includes the trendy-toddler rager "Baby Shark." Frankly, I couldn't help myself but to search for it, and while it's not as good as "Row, Row, Row Your Boat," I definitely still had to share it with you. Consider it a "baby metal" b-side!

“It's the eeeeeeeeeennnnd/Do-doo-do-do-doo-doo!!!!!!”

In all seriousness, though, if you’d like to check out more, or purchase some music, please visit Frog Leap Studios site.
