The Phantom Eye is now streaming their new single "Polluted Heart," which sounds like what I'd imagine an extremely spacey Baroness would sound like. The video for the single was directed and edited David Barron with a collaboration effort from suspension installation artist Orban Isma, performance artist Margareta Tisato of The Skin Project, video artist Ali C Yidiz, and lighting artist Jarid Blue.
"The way David put it all together really connects with the songs vibe and message that depicts someone dissociated from existence, who’s dealing with the meaninglessness and emptiness of life, and finding the strength, to release their fear and embrace that pain in order to move towards healing," said The Phantom Eye. "The band is currently working on songs for their next EP and plan to hit the studio this summer for a second release by end of fall."
