Metallica's Lars Ulrich recently said the band would not be premiering "Spit Out The Bone" on its current tour, and would instead save the song for arena gigs down the road. Though that isn't stopping the band from rehearsing the track and filming the footage!
Check out their performance of "Spit Out The Bone" above, which sounds a little off given the band is nowhere near mic'ed properly, but the performance is still kickass.
