KING DIAMOND & Ex-KISS Members Team Up For Cover Of "We Don’t Need Another Hero"

At The Movies, is back and with a slightly revised lineup. The band now features vocalists Ronnie Atkins (Pretty Maids) and  Björn “Speed” Strid (Soilwork, The Night Flight Orchestra), an additional guitar solo from Bruce Kulick (ex-Kiss), and then  guitarist Chris Laney (Randy Piper’s Animal, Zan Clan), drummer Allan Sørensen (Royal Hunt, Pretty Maids), keyboardist Morten Sandager (Mercenary, Pretty Maids), bassist Pontus Egberg (King Diamond) and guitarist Pontus Norgren (Hammerfall).

This time, the band covers Tina Turner's "We Don't Need Another Hero" from the 1985 flick Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. At the Movies has previously covered "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life" from the 1987 film Dirty Dancing, and "St. Elmo’s Fire (Man in Motion)" from the 1985 film St. Elmo's Fire.
