Felix Martin has been an underground guitar sensation for a little while now, so it's cool to see he'll finally get the recognition as a player he deserves. "Spam II" is a pretty enjoyable listen on both the "musician nerd" level, as well as someone who's just looking to hear a sweet song. Take it for what it is; it's guitar music that's well written and actually has song structure. Felix Martin’s debut on Prosthetic Records, The Scenic Album, will be available on September 17 through Prosthetic Records. Oh, and Marco Minnemann (Necrophagist, The Aristocrats, Steven Wilson, Ephel Duath) totally drums on the record!
