It's a year in which Melvins are still a band, therefor Melvins will be releasing a ton of new material. According to a Twitter post from Melvins's producer and engineer Toshi Kasai, the band has wrapped up a new album, and it looks like drummer Dale Crover will be releasing his first solo album too!
The PRP points out that Melvins had also stated there would be more than one album this year, so I guess this is the first part of who knows how many.
