Everyone's harping on about Necrophagist this and Wintersun that, but a more realistic question is "are we really going to go four years with new Suffocation?" While the answer to that looks like a pretty solid "yes," it also looks like we'll be getting a new album in 2017!
The band took to Facebook to announce that it is in fact not dead, but is working on some new stuff.
we maybe not be playing a show for a short time but… WE ARE NOT ASLEEP! We are hard at work on some new material for all you good people so keep your eyes and ears open open and ready for some extreme Long Island death metal!
So maybe 2017 will be pretty good after all! Now we've got new Suffocation coming up, on top of a potential return to form from Morbid Angel. Could it be the year of solid death metal?
