Topenga from Boy Meets World's favorite band, Lamb of God have begun working on new material.
You may have noticed the band have updated all their social networks to be imagery of clouds and even redid their website. Yesterday, they tweeted:
Something is happening … http://t.co/yCwMBVbZsX

That something is the band is currently in the studio working on new material. When I interviewed drummer Chris Adler at the beginning of the year, he mentioned that after a break, he and his brother Willie would begin jamming in the summer. I guess they ended up taking a longer break than expected because it seems they are getting serious about writing.
But how do I know they are writing if they haven't explicitly said so? One of their endorsers spoiled the beans. Mesa Boogie posted the below to Instagram yesterday (I took a screenshot just in case they delete it):
So the band has started writing new music. Previously, frontman Randy Blythe revealed that some lyrics to the new album were written while he was in prison, so this may be one of the most poignant Lamb of God releases ever.
Don't expect a release until mid-2015 the earliest though.
