Ozzy Osbourne recently completed work on his first new solo album since Scream in 2010. Osbourne calls his new album the "greatest album I’ve done" though later admits "This is my first recording in a studio for ten years, so I do feel a bit out of touch" in the same interview. The only other thing we know about the new Ozzy record right now is that it doesn't feature guitarist Zakk Wylde.

While details still remain murky, Sharon Osbourne revealed to The Jess Cagle Show that the new Ozzy record is out in January 2020.

"He’s getting there. He had a very, very bad accident this year, but he’s getting there. He’s just finished an album, and the album is coming out in January. And he’s doing good. He’s very excited about the duet he did with Post and also Travis Scott. It’s doing great. It’s at Top 40 radio, and it’s climbing up every week. It’s doing good."

Ozzy is still planning on performing all his 2020 North American tour dates. In early April, Ozzy suffered a painful injury that resulted in canceling the remainder of his dates for this year, on doctor's orders. This is after a previous health scare, where Ozzy suffered such a serious bout with pnemonia that it landed him in the hospital. Live Nation Sweden has recently announced the new European tour dates previously cancelled will take place "in the first half of 2021."
