Well, it's been a bit of a waiting game for us fans. Dream Theater initially announced it was going to hit the studio back in February but when followed that bit of news with the announcement that the record would have to wait until 2016. This is the first time since 1999's Scenes From A Memory and 2002's Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence we've had to wait more than two years between releases!
All that being said, the band has kept true to its word and is currently in the studio knocking out a new record! Now we wait… though given the quality of the band's previous two records, I'd say we're almost guaranteed to be in for another awesome collection of tunes!
…and so it begins
