Instrumental metal master Ben Sharp, better known as Cloudkicker, is working on the follow-up to his 2020 album Solitude. Sharp revealed on Instagram that he's working with drummer Vincent Roseboom on the new material, and offered two new clips of material.
"Rough cut of something Vincent Roseboom and I have been putting together for a couple months. I can’t tell you how nice it is not only to be making music with someone of this caliber, but to not be hunched over a damn computer while doing it. DIY IRL also credit to the hype man Sunken Temple Records."
And who knows? Maybe now that Sharp has a drummer we'll get the first Cloudkicker shows since 2014 when he teamed up with Intronaut for a short run.
