BOTCH Reissues American Nervoso Ahead Of Reunion Shows

Finally.

Botch 2022

Botch recently reissued their 1999 classic We Are The Romans with the added bonus of their first new song in 20 years "One Twenty Two." Now the band is revisiting their 1998 album American Nervoso with both an LP and CD reissue, neither of which feature new music. But for anyone into physical media, it's nice to have these back in print and not have to pay Discogs prices for 'em. Get it here.

Botch also has three reunion shows coming up later this month in Washington, but they're all sold out. Brooklyn Vegan additionally notes that Botch has stated "fans can expect the announcement of additional shows soon," so keep an eye out!

As for potential new Botch music outside "One Twenty Two," the band has stated they're not planning on doing anything else.

"'One Twenty Two' is a bit of a fluke," said the band. "Originally written by David Knudson for his solo album, it eventually morphed into a Botch song as former bandmates were brought on board to add their distinctive flair to the piece. Noā€¦ we're not back together. Noā€¦ there isn't more material in the pipeline. This was just a random thing that happened over COVID and we decided to share it with the world as part of the upcoming reissue of We Are The Romans on Sargent House."
