I'm pretty bummed I missed Black Sabbath live on their summer tour. I heard mixed reviews, some people loved it, some people thought a certain frontman was terribly off-key. But I think I would've loved it, especially looking at this footage from the band's upcoming live DVD, Black Sabbath Live… Gathered in Their Masses.
The DVD is scheduled for release on November 26th, just in time for the holiday season. It was taped during the band's first Australian stint in 40 years this past April 29th and May 1st in Melbourne. It will be released in CD, DVD and BluRay iterations, as well as deluxe box set which features all three, a poster, booklet, signed setlist and some picks. Here is a teaser trailer:
