SLIPKNOT & LAMB OF GOD Announce Summer Tour with BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, MOTIONLESS IN WHITE

As I write this story, there is a massive blizzard overtaking New York City. It's pretty cold and seeing as though I was just in LA for the NAMM convention, I am longing for warm weather once more. Recieving the press release for Slipknot's upcoming summer tour with Lamb of God makes me want summer even harder.

The two bands just confirmed they will be touring together once the weather gets a bit warmer. They chose some surprising openers… Bullet For My Valentine and Motionless In White. Is there crossover between the four bases? Maybe that was intentional so that everybody could play in front of a new audience. Either way, you have quite the variety plate here. The routing of the tour is as follows:

Pre-sales will be available Tuesday, January 27th via Slipknot's website with general on-sales beginning Friday, January 30th.

Don't forget, Slipknot announced a few dates for the spring with Hatebreed as well. Meanwhile, Lamb of God are hard at work on a new album. Hopefully, they'll have some new songs to play this summer, which they've hinted at.
