The climate has changed.

Morbid Angel-48

Morbid Angel dropped off the Maryland Deathfest 2022 bill back in February, saying they "will not be playing MDF or any other shows in the current climate." The band didn't clarify what the "climate" was or when they would return, but I guess the answer the latter is March 15, 2023.

Morbid Angel has announced a tour kicking off on that date with Revocation and Crypta opening all the shows, Skeletal Remains and Vitriol have also been selected to open certain dates, which you'll see below. Morbid Angel is billing the trek as a 40th anniversary tour, so who knows what'll happen!
