Max Cavalera has cut off his signature gigantic dreadlock hanging off the back of his head, this week. The news was broken by Cavalera's wife Gloria on Instagram, who said "It must be snowing in hell today!"
I think the real question here nobody is asking is what powers the mono dreadlock gave Max. Did it enable him to write great riffs? Was there a tipping point where the mono dreadlock began making writing riffs harder and it had to go? Or was it just hurting Max's back because I mean, look at that thing. That's gotta be heavy.
